The studios are on the first floor of an architect-designed, renovated warehouse at 497 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt, Sydney. This is a clean, secure building with front and rear access, off-street parking, and close to public transport, and Norton Street, Leichhardt. There is a new cladded floor, high ceiling – 3 metres at the support wall and 6 metres at the centre, plywood walls, lockable studio doors and excellent natural &/or ‘daylight-type’ artificial lighting.
The studio currently available for rent in 2013 is 30.24 m2 and with natural light (studio 1). The cost is $5.50 per sq. metre (utilities & gst included).
