Studios at 497 Parramatta Road

STUDIOS FOR RENT

The building in which Articulate is located has studio spaces available for rent from time to time. The studios are on the first floor of an architect-designed, renovated warehouse at 497 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt, Sydney.  This is a clean, secure building with front and rear access, off-street parking, and close to public transport, and Norton Street, Leichhardt. There is a new cladded floor, high ceiling – 3 metres at the support wall and 6 metres at the centre, plywood walls, lockable studio doors and excellent natural &/or ‘daylight-type’ artificial lighting.

The studio currently available for rent in 2013 is 30.24 m² and with natural light (studio 1). The cost is $5.50 per sq. metre (utilities & gst included).

a collaborative social project by Billy Gruner and Sarah Keighery, 

will open at Articulate project space on Friday 26 August at 6pm.

The audience is invited to participate in the painting performance. 

Closing on Sunday 4 September at 5pm.
