It is a secured building with 24 hour access. It has front and rear access, free parking in neighbouring streets, is close to Norton Street, Leichhardt and public transport (bus and train).

We are interested in proposals to use the space as a project or exhibition space, a space for talks or showing
films, or some other activity that aligns with activities that take place at
Articulate (see our blog for examples). Or it could be used as a studio or related purpose.
The space measures 3.3 x 5.4 m and is at the rear of
the ground floor, previously occupied by SNO (Sydney Non Objective). Articulate is in a secured building with front and rear
access, and close to public transport (bus, train). It has a
timber floor, gyprock walls, opening windows (on the other side of the added walls), reverse cycle
air con, adjacent kitchen facilities and upstairs bathroom. Utilities &
GST included.
