1 December: mailchimp invite available for artists to send to own networks
4-5 December: Deliver works: 12 - 7pm Tuesday 4th and 10am - 2pm, Wednesday 5th December (if a problem, contact Articulate)
4 December: email invitations and Facebook event posted
6 December: Artists complete google docs room sheet
7 December: artists to complete sitting roster to be completed
7 December, 6-8pm: Opening event:
