Beata Geyer, Francesca Mataraga, Alicia
Poppett and Elisa Trifunoski come together in the exhibition Coloured Spaces to create new installations for the second
instalment of the small installation
program at Articulate project space. Each installation responds to the
notion and reality of painting through spatial interventions within the gallery
space. By the merging of coloured, architectural and sculptural forms the four
artists encourage the experimental qualities of painting and demonstrate new
ways of experiencing and engaging with the painted surface in space.
